Yes. Competitively tracked 5 or 6 events with none, map 0 and map 2. About 1.5 seconds or so off of similar prepped unlocked cars with tunes on a sub 2 minute course in map2. IMO with how I use it, it offers only a slight benefit over a free flowing cat without a tune but introduces more...
I do and I dont. While theyre stiffer to handle the increased load and Ive been able to put in decent times, in hindsight I would have just jumped straight to true coilovers as I would like more wheel travel and appropriately valved shocks with the added spring rate. Others' skill and...
If you run into issue of it not powering on the camera or displaying video, sometimes they dont seem to like additional SD cards in the side. I couldnt figure out the issue and wasted a TT weekends worth of data. A friend ran into a similar issue and told me what worked for him and it worked...
I asked that a while ago when I knew Jordan wasnt coming back and figured someone would have already. I think its on peoples minds but havent committed. If no one else wants to, I will, but I dont check in regularly. If you want to, go for it!
Oh, my bumper is NOT nice and pristine despite how the photo makes it look. My bumper has lots of rock chips and indentations with no PPF and my windshield looks like a sheet of billion stars when the sun shines through. Shes broken in for sure lol
Since its not retrofitable, I was considering making/purchasing aftermarket splitter ramps and sandwiching an aluminum bracket in to be able to swap back to a flat splitter depending on which org I'm competing with since SCCATT Max requires flat plane splitters (boo)

I havent used them beyond that one TT weekend. Others have recommended a 3mm spacer to help clear but personally Ill be doing 5mm and shouldnt cause any more issues.
*verus' pic from their instructions
I have run 5 degree AoA for CMP, VIR, NCCAR with their v1 splitter and the balance felt...
Heres some reference for the Apex 18x11+40 square on 315 RT660s. No spacers but after using them for a weekend, I recommend at least a 3mm spacer, as others have said, when using these wheels with tires bigger than 295. Heres a comparison to 265/35 rt615k+.
For sure. I would say Im a competitive event track nut and daily the car reliably. I think you can be smart about your mods as far as "on-track-benefit vs daily-use-annoyance" without making the car unreliable or unsuited for daily use. The only things that change between dropping my kid off...
I stick with the 200tw but PB'd 1.40.6 on 315 rt660s and 1.40.4 on 265 a052's. Ill be back out there for Gridlife at the end of March but looking forward to any open-day, PCA or SCCATT events there during the rest of the year.
My areas of issue on CMP are both carousels; T6 and the whole way between T12 and 13, at VIR it was really only oak tree and I wasnt as diligent to keep the tank full so I was really surprised. At NCCAR I figured I was going to basically be starving 70% of the track but I surprisingly didnt have...
I track at CMP often and experience starvation about 2 1/2-3 laps in. Thankfully they got the fuel pumps at the track to work reliably, but it doesnt help the issue entirely. Ive spoken to a shop on the west coast who say they are putting out a solution that doesnt require an external fuel...
I personally would think it would be super cool if someone remade this thread so we could actually update the time board and not have to scroll through pages. I would do it but I dont think I log in frequently enough....but its more frequent than none so I will if no-one else wants to.
For people unfamiliar with the process, you pick an base amount (you can put what it would cost to buy a used supra or what you owe on a loan) that you want to insure it with Hagerty/Lockton/RLI, add on any aftermarket parts you want covered, what track youre at (different tracks will cause...
