Liking it. Very much.
But those ice-cube headlights remind me too much of the Prius.
They look more like the Mercedes LED projectors. I'm a huge fan of LED's.

I've had a fair bit of seat time in the TTRS. Great thing. I'd be disappointed if the A90 couldn't show it the door however.

Agreed. I'd assume they're benchmarking the base model MKV to the TTS? That would be a more viable comparison. The top tier MKV should definitely give the TTRS a run for its money.

It looks like Toyota will have the Audi TT on hand for people to compare.

There were also a sample of its competition, an Audi TT-S, BMW M2, Lexus RC-F, Alpine A-110, Porsche Cayman, Ford Mustang, etc... I don't know if its for internal evaluation or for press but they were there... Along with some old Toyota Supra from past generations from the german collection... so it's not just a track event.

Talk about a low bar - maybe they should roll out a base 370Z while they are at it lol.

That is actually pretty close to the expected 4 cylinder specs if not a little more powerful. Assuming the Celica (I'm calling the 4 cylinder version a Celica because I can) can keep up with that, the MKV must be a beast.
