2020 Supra update while tuned

Most of you know we don’t get OTA updates for the car. I tried finding an option to turn updates off but we don’t have that. Is it safe to update the navigation ? I’m on a MHD stage 2 tune and my year is 2020. Just wondering if this would bench lock my car. Thanks

Just FYI:
The Supra does not have DME OTA updates.
Updates will have to be made at the dealership with a cable.

The only OTA update we get is for the navigation. This obviously won't affect the DME.
