2021 supra acted weird after installing some parts

so about a week I installed a mst intake and ftp charge pipe and everything was good until Friday after work when started it felt “sluggy” when revving like if it was loosing power but quickly went back to normal. Saturday no issues and yesturday after bein parked all day amd started it it felt like it was losing pressure and at one point when revving it died but quickly started up again. Today I went over everything I installed and everything looked fine expect I noticed one of the meth port bolt wasn’t fully tight started it and started fine took it for a drive and drive fine wondering if anyone has gone thru this issue ? I’m going to leave it all night tomorrow after work prob start it again and see if everything is good
