What? You got a tune and started to burn more.... how do you think you'll be able to claim warranty.... even if you stripped all the mods. Pretty sure a scan can tell your car was tuned....

If you remove after deleting any codes, odds are they would not find it. Doubt anyone would really care to spend the time digging that deep.
