Accelerator Pedal Sticking

I have a 2021 A91 with about 300 miles and discovered an issue while detailing the car. It has an issue with the accelerator pedal sticking. With the engine off, I can slowly push the pedal to the floor and it seems to stop. If I continue to push a tiny bit, it will click and go further to the floor. Is there a full throttle switch at the end of the pedal travel. Can someone please duplicate this issue and let’s us know if it’s normal?
