I’m surprised there isn’t a light with a bank of LEDs you could program for various designs or have options on the controller board - but then I guess that would take away a lot of marketing/sales coming out with a new design every couple of months

With the orange paint you can’t go wrong with either. Smoked would be little more subtle while the clear is more out there.

It's marked as pre-order because we are waiting for the batch shipment to arrive to our inventory in the US. But meanwhile we have already been fulfilling orders directly from our manufacturer so the the wait time is less. So if you order we can get it out for you right away.

Are these hermitically sealed? Can you share if they have an IP rating against water ingress?

I would prefer not to have rolling fish tanks like the other cars I see with aftermarket taillights.

yes, hermitically sealed and they have an IP67 rating.
