Hello!

I am planning on FEMTO unlocking my supra next week. I have an european spec car with GPF/OPF and I have a few questions.
This will be my frist time modding a car so I am sorry if any of the questions are stupid.

I am going for an MHD OTS Stage 1 and a high flow downpipe for now and maybe later for a Stage 2 when I get rid of the OPF.

Will a 200 CEL downpipe be enough for OTS Stage 2?
Is there a big difference between 100 CEL and 200 CEL? The only reasons Im not going for a catless downpipe is because of the smell and I heard B58s sound better catted.

Can there be a problem if I still have the OPF in place?

Can I still get a CEL if I go for catted high flow downpipe, MHD OTS Stage 1 but with OPF still in place?

What downpipe would you recommend (I was looking at Milltek 200 CEL one) ?

Is catless illegal over there or is your concern only smell & sound? Only asking because I was surprised how little the smell is (to me when not in closed quarters) and I happen to like the sound with the MAD catless dp. The exhaust however, varies greatly with other catless Supras I‘ve heard on track.

A 200 cell downpipe will be fine on both Stage 1 and 2.
But if you want to run Stage 2, you will also need to get rid of the OPF.

I ran Stage 1 for a couple of months with just a downpipe, but OPF still attached untill I fitted a whole Milltek exhaust system with a OPF delete pipe.

As for downpipe, I'm using a Wagner catless. It mates up with the Milltek system just fine.
I don't notice any smell, but that might be because I'm running on ethanol.

If you want to save some cash, you can get a Wagner with 200 cell for almost half the price of the Milltek one.

Just remember to get one made for EU spec, as they use V-band to connect to the OPF instead of slip-on as the US guys use on their non-OPF cars.

Awesome! Thanks for the answer!

Do you have by any chance a clip of how your car sounds like with just the catless downpipe and stock exhaust and one with the full milltek system? I was also looking into getting a full milltek system at some point.

Also are you running OTS Stage 2 or custom tune? Is OTS good enough?
Did you run into any problems?

I'm running a Stage 2 OTS flexfuel/multimap. I'm stilling running the stock turbo, so I find OTS map to be good enough for now. If I one day change to a bigger turbo, I will get a custom map.
Have not encountered any problem so far related to tuning/software.

Don't have a lot of sound clips, and the car is currently in winter storage, so I can't produce any at this moment.

But here is a video, not of my car, but one that I would say sounds identical as mine:
