Bimmercode

I just bought Bimmercode and the person who owned the car before me already used Bimmercode to fix a few of the problems with the car. The reasoning for buying the Bimmercode was the person before me turned off the fake engine noise thru the speakers and I wanted to see what it's like. But I can't turn it on for some reason and it's says I need the old back up file to turn it on, which I don't have. Anything I can do about this???
