Good afternoon....wanted to share my experience with this vendor and save you guys the time and effort.

Was looking at cf trim for the windows and placed it in my cart. They started to email me that I left it in the cart and if I came back to buy it, they'd give me a discount. After a few months, I bought it with their offered discount. Didn't hear anything for a week.

Yesterday they emailed me that the price was wrong on the site and asked me to pay an additional $150 (removing the discount they offered me and increased the price). Told them to honor their price and their offered discount or cancel and they decided to cancel. Bait and switch vendor...avoid at all costs.

You want a vendor to still offer a special discount 2 months after the offer! Do you go into the local supermarket with a 2 month old catalogue looking for the same "specials", or expect the Black Friday specials to last all year, lol.

If the coupon/promo works, they should honor it. Outsourcing your pricing and CME failures to the customer is a bad look.

Not exactly how you told the story in your OP, however even after 3 days, you snooze you lose.

Sigh. Reading is hard. Do you have no issue with a vendor changing the price after a sale?
