Hi all looking for some advice for my track Supra. Been running a 98 custom tune for 3 years. Recently went BM3 and E50 custom tune. Got the car back and it would misfire/backfire under a pull. I’ve attached the logs it shows HPFP is at max angle for first 3000rpm of the pull. And the HPFP actual doesn’t hit the HPFP target in fact it up to 1500psi to low. The LPFP is producing a constant 72psi which I believe is correct.
The tuner said I need a new LPFP? While another I spoke to said I need an upgrade HPFP. I’m only ever going to run e50 on stock turbo. Plenty of other supras are tuned like this with no issues.
Is someone smarter then me able to tell me if the can see any issues with the tune? Or does the log point to an underperforming LPFP or HPFP? Or should the boost be ramped in slower and gradually in the lower rpms with full boost after 5000 rpm to allow the HPFP to have headroom?
