As promised a short status update on my keyless entry issue.
Two things have been done: First the ECU was updated with the latest software and the transport mode has been deactivated. I assume the battery died one time and the car jumped into transport mode and deactivated the keyless entry.
The second issue was, that the internal antenna which is laying under the armrest was popped out of its socket,I am not even sure how this has even happened... The dealer also fixed that issue.
I both had issues with the keyless entry and also with starting the car (sometimes failed to detect the key). Now everything works perfectly again.
I also had one issue, that the HUD was not working anymore. After leaving the car for 1 1/2 hours it magically worked again.
Now I am happy again to see my beauty running again
