No there is no Android Auto (Wired or Wireless) at all through the factory. The iDrive version does not support it. You can however buy a MMI Prime from Bimmertech for compatibility

Whoops, sorry. Your title had Android Auto in it. AFAIK it's only wireless.

It doesn't work on my '21 but you can play music from a usb source fwiw. not carplay but close enough if all you want is music
