Man it’s going to be nigh impossible to get a 2024 in Mikan Blast. I’ve contacted so many dealers who confirm their wait lists remain pretty deep, AND the only intend to sell to locals..
Yeahhh lots of dealerships will only sell local now so that they have a higher chance of getting a trade in. Basically no Porsche dealer will sell you a 911 or almost any car without you being local to them. And if you flip the car or don’t trade it in to them they blacklist you

Sadly, I think one of those may be mine. Status of 'port processing (Halifax)' since June 6 and no updates since. ?

FWIW I didn't receive any updates either after I was told the delivery window, and that it was at the port.

Once I was told it was at the port of Halifax, that was the last update I got until the truck dropped it off at my dealer last week.

The dealerships do get updates in between, like when the car leaves the port it will show that it's in transit/en-route to them.

For Ontario specifically all of the cars will first go from the Port of Halifax to Toyota's yard in Stouffville, once they arrive at the yard there, the dealers get an update again letting them know it's there, and then I think they get a final update once it's loaded on the truck and on the way to the actual dealership.

You can try reaching out to your dealer/sales person and asking if the status has changed at all from port processing. If it has then you can be pretty confident the car will land at the dealer at some point within the next 2-3 weeks. The turnaround time from landing at the yard in Stouffville to getting on the truck to the dealers is fairly quick

Drove by the Autoport this morning and I could only see three Supras
There are 2 Strat Blue ones in the picture, and there was an AZ one a bit further back in the same row.

Maybe a blue one is mine, I've been told by my dealer that the car has made it to the port of Halifax. Hoping to see my new car in the next couple of weeks. It's going to be over a year from deposit to delivered.

Just got an update from mine..... they're saying July 28 now. At this point I won't even get to drive it before I have to put it away for winter ?

Took delivery of mine today. Coming from a BRZ, and an MR2 as a weekend car, holy jeez there's so many menu's. Definitely going to have to take some time tomorrow to just set up a driver profile and the seats and everything.

As far as driving goes, I'm planning on following the 1200mi break-in but I couldn't resist doing a few 3/4 throttle pulls in 2-3, and I'm definitely excited to be able to wring it out more after break-in. The Clutch delay valve definitely makes the 1-2 shift kinda weird, coming from cars that don't have one. Going to try to get used to it, but ultimately may end up removing it, or swapping to the E92 slave that doesn't have one.

Also definitely going to have to take some time to code out the Active Sound, as well as auto start/stop. I'm surprised it has auto start/stop being a manual, I'm personally not a fan so will be disabling it.

Overall I'm excited to start putting on the miles and getting used to the car. I'll be sending it in for PPF, Ceramic and Tint some time over the next few weeks just to get that over with.

Hopefully will get to see some of you out/about or at a Cars & Coffee or something!

You can also code it to always start in sport mode as it disables the auto start stop while in sport and I can't think of a reason to not use sport :)
This is one of the changes I plan to code in once I'm out of the break-in mileage, for now I'll just disable it for normal mode
