Can't find camera after wshield replacement by Safelite

Took the 2021 in for an insurance windshield replacement at the local Safelite shop. They installed the glass OK, but couldn't recalibrate the camera. Their OBD tools can't communicate with or identify it.

DTCs are showing CDC318 and CDC317 which both seem to say "the camera is not sending data". Did they break something or leave it unplugged? Worked fine before bringing it in as the crack was at the top of the passenger side. They want me to take it to the Toyota dealer. Any thoughts?

I'd take it to Toyota, and have them double check the adhesive on the mirror mount as well (unrelated to the camera issue).

Had my windshield replace by Safelite about a month ago and just today the entire assembly fell off. Looked at the adhesive and there was only 2 small dabs of it.
