Did not realize I put 6-7k instead of 5-6k. Sorry for the confusion! I’m just trying to see if anyone else has this problem/if there is a fix. I will try and do some more runs & testing when I wake up and see if I can provide better videos.
Why would it shift at <6k at WOT?
So far I’m not really seeing anything out of the ordinary other than it not downshifting when you hit the gas at 3k, which maybe it’s deciding not to do for traction reasons.

With these, they're downshifting to 2nd but wont shift anymore and just revs.

If you’re at full throttle in those and the acceleration is just…stopping near redline and it’s not upshifting, that’s definitely strange.

Yeah I agree, that doesn't seem normal at all.

Okay first off your clips are like 5 seconds long when they need to be 3x as long

The one post where you just posted a single vid of WOT 3rd gear pull doesn't seem right, but not a trans issue, seems like the car had a different rev limiter for the engine, it was holding it there, but the trans was waiting for a higher RPM to shift. Also you said you're WOT, but later said "Video cut when I was nearing the floor", are you going straight from maintenance throttle to WOT instantly, or working your way up on the throttle?

What I'd like to see is ~40mph cruising, which is probably 3rd gear, then you floor it (and depress kickdown) instantly, and hold that for longer than 5 seconds, if the issue is as you've described, you're going to basically end up stuck at ~60mph ~6000rpm

I'd question your tune with the current data though, I'm on a stock 21 and if I did that 3rd gear WOT pull I'd be in 4th gear by the end of your video. Also the car has 2 times it shifts, sometimes it shifts closer to redline (and if you're in manual mode you can see its when the shift "indicator" is about at peak, I believe this is when the shift is optimized for the fastest trans shift) and other times it shifts just shy of orange/redline, which can be a SLOWER shift than the previous one.

take with a mountain of salt: that 3rd gear video turbo sounds don't sound right, maybe you're going for some boost target and not hitting it, so the car keeps revs to build boost? Ideally you'd have all boost ready for the 3->4 upshift

Just wanted to update this post. Decided to look in the engine bay and found that the gasket between the downpipe and turbo somehow looked like this after taking the V-Band off. Replaced it and everything and haven’t had the issue since. Thanks all for your help!
