Did you ever get your answer? I just got p04fc and p112f. Just isn't driving too well.
I realized that before I do any hard driving I need to warm up the car (let the idle drop) then drive until the car is at normal operating temp. Haven't had the code pop up since!

I have a Titan Protune on mine; the harness keeps giving me issues after re-installation. The code won't always be the same, but p112f and p04fc were the more recent ones.
