Check engine light

Woke up this morning to a check engine light.
I read the codes through MHD but really sure what they mean.
Hoping someone might beable to give me a little insight and if it's something I need to worry about.

I did clear the codes and reflash the 93 tune and the light went off.

138102 check your wiring for your valve actuator its either spliced by road debris or something in that nature. 190302 check your gas cap that its sealed correctly. If it is you may need to check for a fuel leak at the dealer

I think the flap can be ignored. If you have it set to always open I think that’s what throws the code but double check as the person above stated.

clear the codes and drive. If it comes up within 50 miles, then you got an issue

Mhd tune has the valve always open..
My wife put gas in the car about a week ago and didn't fully turn the cap...

OBDII should have a DTC for wife actions.
