Hmm... I wonder what it could be. Such a mystery. I mean, it can't be from an improper installation job. I guess the best course of action was to make another thread about your issues. But let's not go back and recheck your work or check for fuel leaks under the fuel rail. Also, it's not a good idea to question your torque sequence, torque spec, or if you gapped the injectors correctly to the fuel rail.

Looks like when you start your engine, your fuel pressure is too low. You might want to check on that.
