Hey!

I have a 22 Supra and unlocked the ecu so now I’m on an OTS 91 tune. I’ve been playing around with my cold start delete but it seems to be a bit choppy after it starts. After about 10-15 seconds it evens out but does anyone else have this issue? Is it fine on the car or should I just keep the cold start?

Thanks in advanced!

All cars range a little bit from rich to lean, then stoich, on a cold start. This makes the car a bit burbly. On most cars, this is broadly masked by the temporary high RPM for catalytic converter heating. Nothing to worry about.

I still sit in all my cars for 30 secs to a minute before I drive off… The Mazda’s idles higher then goes down. Then I take off lol. I just assumed it’s the car‘s way of saying “gimme a minute”

We see that all the time.

Custom tuning will make it smooth and not instantly idle at 600rpm
