I've done this in the past to my previous cars with these Amazon Fabric Pens. Dries pretty quickly, and color never faded away (though I did have tint which protected it from UV rays). And it did not rub off on my clothing.

I couldn’t find the right color to match the red. Best I’ve found is what I’ve used. Same thing. No fade
Or wear out or anything.
