So this might end up being controversial as it was on the Supra Reddit Forum, but I have a question on an exhaust type that I’m looking for. For starters, I was at one point looking into getting a 981 Cayman with the flat 6 and I was thinking of modding it a bit, maybe some race headers and a titanium exhaust to get it to sound perfect in my opinion, but after further though and driving both, knowing I will be keeping the car until it doesn’t drive anymore I figured the Supra might have more longevity and modding capability. The only thing I’m hung up on is how I want the exhaust to sound, it obviously won’t match the howl of the Porsche flat 6 in the 981 but I was wondering if any of you guys knew a nice exhaust setup that starts to at least sound a bit like the 981? I’m not looking for it to sound exactly the same but I have yet to find an exhaust setup that has that louder, higher pitched sound. I’ll post 2 videos that I like the sounds of.

(Vinh’s Supra, one issue is I don’t know his setup and he doesn’t respond to instagram apparently, this honestly would be the sound I’m going for but obviously the more it sounds like the video above the better)
and once again, I’m not trying to trigger anybody, I’m just asking if there is such exhaust setup for the Supra that anybody knows of, if there isn’t it’s all okay, because there’s many other possibilities.
