Do I need a tune?

Picking a 2020 Supra this weekend! I was looking to immediately start modding.
I was interested in getting a tune and the price isn’t an issue. I was just curious if I needed one. Installing parts is no issue as I have done that on plenty of cars before but tuning is very foreign to me. I’ve read a lot and it seems like ecutek phone flash is the simplest. I don’t want to push the engine super crazy. 93 octane is a rarity where I am at so would anyone recommend doing a 91 tune instead of 93?

my main question was in regard to the parts I will be adding. I do not believe I will need to but I have read some aftermarket downpipes or exhausts will cause need for a tune, will these parts listed below cause need for a tune due to a check engine light?

Edit: Could your vehicle extract more performance from these parts if you did get a tune? Yes.
