My dealer said their next allocation will be at the end of the month / first week of September, so my fingers are crossed they'll get my preference this time around. Third time is the charm after all... hopefully.

The other dealers in town who still have Supras on their lots pinged me again by email this past week inquiring if I was still "interested", and my response to them was basically "I'm a buyer but not at your price". I get the feeling my area (St. Louis) is not exactly a hot spot for Supra sales, and the languishing inventory at local dealers is a sign of that... or, you know, they just have the cars priced ridiculously (which they do).

Has anyone written to the dealers for MT that are shown on cargurus?

Anyone have a deposit down for an allocation but still have a dealer that has no allocations, yet?

Supposedly I'm first on the list for my dealer, but obviously they can't promise a unit at any particular time in any config. But so far they haven't gotten ANY '23 allocations.

I'm in a similar boat. I put a deposit in a few weeks ago for a 2022, my dealer said "sure we can get you one no problem" and after two allocation cycles they have bupkis. I asked them if my car was going to be a 2023 instead of a 2022 and all they will tell me is "we are hoping to get one any day now".

Their next allocation cycle is at the end of the month, and my assumption is once again I will not get an allocation. I kind of have the impression this dealer might one day in the possible future get an allocation for me, but it sure isn't going to be any time soon. The only commiseration I have is that my pending deal is for MSRP without markups or adjustments.

It also looks like many of us are in the same general vicinity in the Midwest as well (Missouri, KC, Arkansas) and I kind of wonder if we are not exactly the hot market. I'd bet that states like California and Florida get allocations in greater number and sooner than us in the cow towns.

I’m first in line at a dealer in Iowa and it’s also been crickets with regards to a confirmed allocation.

I suspect we may need to wait a few more weeks (or months) before we hear back.

SF Toyota has a A91MT with 10k mark up. And I know multiple dealers have been receiving allocations for 2023 AT. No info on regular MTs.

Toyota of Des Moines? I'm third in line there. I like to follow up every few weeks and see what they know, but every time they tell me they know nothing.

Yes, actually! I’m in the same boat. Will let you know if/when I get an update.

Please do! What color/trim did you put down as your preference? I'm hoping for Stratosphere Blue, but would "settle" for white if it comes through.

They told me I'm last in line for deposits at 3rd (~3 weeks ago), so now we just have to find #2...

I put my deposit down in early April for an A91-MT, but I let them know I would also take a manual premium in Stratosphere Blue or Renaissance Red.

Hoping we are both able to get our 23’s allocated soon! I can’t wait… and definitely envious of other forum members that have confirmed allocations at this time lol
