So, have been just recently getting a Drivetrain malf. error. Scanned the car with bm3 and these are the codes popping up. Any ideas on what it could be? For context, car is a 2020 with about 30k miles, tuned with bm3, catless dp, and a pure 800 thats been on for about 2800 miles.
When i clear the codes, they stay off for about 20-30 minutes of driving and eventually come back on, putting the car in what i assume is a limp mode.

Oh wow, those codes makes you think the wastegate or actuator is getting stuck. Maybe have a peek at the WG actuator and linkage to make sure all looks ok.

Did you get it figured out? Has your car ever been on a dyno, or do you know?

Haven't gotten to try the WG calibration yet. Will probably do it this weekend. Car has never been on a dyno, no. The only thing that has changed "recently" with the car was the Pure 800 install, but that was again almost 3k miles ago, so dont see why the WG would be giving issues now.

Was the Pure 800 already in the car before you got it? Did you install it? The reason I ask, when I did mine, I accidentally broke one of the wastegate tabs. Not completely, but cracked it. I ordered a new one from Toyota, next day air. Try the calibration and see if you can tweak it. It’s my understanding that we aren’t too touch it. I could be completely wrong. When my new one arrived, it was already adjusted and ready for install with four new bolts. The dealer couldn’t tell if f it come with bolts or not either, but it did.

I mean, i had my mechanic put the pure on. A single shop has done everything on my car, from all the aftermarket stuff to the simple oil changes.
I'll try just having the shop look over the WG as soon as i can just to make sure theres no install issues with it.
And yeah ive been in the bmw b58 forums a lot and i know recalibrating is a big thing for them, but i cant find anyone else Supra wise who has had to do it.
Im in talks with my tuner as well trying to get an updated tune to reflash the car, as reflashing it with the same Pure800 tune i already have didnt change much.

I just had this fault on the drivetrain error and limp mode.... strangely never happened until I collected the car from the dealer for the first oil change and drove about 20 miles. Next morning the error came up (on cold start and driving), car went into limp mode. I pulled over and stop/started the car, problem went away and she accelerated normally/boosted well.

Only thing I can guess is they did a software update and the car is "relearning"?? I have an air intake and cat back exhaust. No tune yet. 2023 3.0 manual.

Its happened twice, both on cold start in the mornings, and not again all day with normal use.

Im going to try and replicate the fault in the morning and have Bimmerlink connected. If it happened again on cold start, Ill drive it back to the dealers, as this didn't happened before they did the "first service and inspection:"
