Have anyone got experience with any of those springs in everyday and track use? Pros and cons? Any noise?
Thanks!

"Everyday" and "track" use will be very different use cases. H&R is ok for everyday use. Fairly similar ride to stock but it handles some harder bumps poorly. I sold them in favor of HKS, which I like a lot more. More compliant on the street and I have the ride height where I want it. Both are softer than would be optimal for a track. No noise for either.

If on-track performance is more important, as @Rocksandblues said, you should be looking at coilovers. And sway bars, both front and rear. And better tires.

Also, I thought there was a spring comparo thread. You should search for that.

I'm on Eibachs with a front swaybar. I've had them on for 2 track days and am a relative noob to tracking (I normally do autoX). Overall, I like them quite a bit! They are stiffer but when setting the dampers to "normal" the spring rate vs damping rate is quite well matched for on street driving. I live in Pittsburgh where the roads are...well unforgiving to say the least and I cant complain all that much. On track I set the dampers to "sport" and I definitely notice it.

My only complaint would be how low they are. I like the stance and all but if they were 0.5" higher I think they would be perfect. Only really scraped on a couple spots and most of the time its been the rubber aprons at the front bumper so nothing really worrisome.

I got the Eibach Pro sway bars (firmest setting) with spring kit. Can just clear those annoying concrete parking stops, barely. The ride feels so much better, far less body roll, much more confident inspiring for ultimately tracking. Can't say anything bad about the other brands. It's just what was "on the shelf" (in stock) with quick shipping and a good, well-known brand. Doubt I'll ever purchase coilovers with all the upgraded SPL bits I bought to go with the sway bars and springs. The SPL goodies are being installed now (or when the hurricane passes). So I did get to drive her with only the Eibach swaybars and springs. What a pleasant surprise and such an affordable upgrade!

I wasn’t aware of that ? Definitely could be with our stringent laws, litigation, no tort restrictions (can sue for anything here in US).

A bit off topic but I was walking on a city wall of Óbidos in Portugal with my wife, no railing, huge drop, but it was epic to say the least. She asked a local, what happens if someone falls? He said you’d probably die or get badly injured and shouldn’t walk on the wall if concerned… and explained how you can’t sue (over there) for someone’s own stupidity. I loved that statement and will never forget it ❤

From my experience with H&Rs, I found that the rear combined with the OEM shocks, there is too much rebound. There would be situations where coming out of a corner that the rear end would try to come around if there is a bump and I would be applying gas. I switched to Ohlins and haven’t had that issue ever since on those same corners.

Also my H&Rs dropped a bunch after only 8k miles. My front tire was almost tucked in leaving very little strut travel.
