Entertainment (iDrive) Forgets Tiles Order

As we all know, there's 6 "home" tiles available and of course you can change the order. My preference is to show just three at any time (Media, Connected Drive and My Vehicle)

However, every fortnight or so it loses the order. Anyone else had this? I appreciate it's not a major problem, but wonder if there's a software update Toyota can apply since my car is a Sept 19 built.

I only ever use one key, so it's the same profile every time.

Ever try resetting iDrive?
push and hold off button for 30 seconds.. Do 35 for good measure. crap, maybe it was 40.
Delete personal data.. there may be more steps, I can't recall.
if interested, watch youtube videos on resetting idrive 6. some don't apply as Supra don't have all those menus.
