Since modding in the uae is highly illegal and literally anything u do to the car voids the warranty, what if I get an exhaust and a catted dp without a tune and everytime I have to go to the dealership or car inspection I put back the normal exhaust with the dp. Will it mess up my ecu, also is there a way for the dealership to know that I've been messing about?

Get a JB4, it doesn’t change your car it’s a piggyback tune…

The car will run fine without a tune, you just won't make any more power than stock. The dealership could tell you did something based on tooling marks on the bolts, but that should be it as long as you use one of the catted downpipes that doesn't trigger a CEL.
