Exhaust Valve Sensor Question

I was wondering what y'all did to hide/protect the valve sensor. I installed a single exit exhaust, and don't use the valve anymore. Did y'all use anything to cover it so it's protected from water/rain? Where did y'all zip tie or hide it?

you can tuck it in the bumper and it will be fine. i just disconnected the valve motor from the plug and tuck the small plug.

the error for the valve being disconnected does not illuminate the CEL on the dash.
