mine offered me Wheel, Tire, and Key through "toyota" but it doesnt include dent protection
This is what my dealer sent me. Five or six year coverage plan for what was listed in the description. Not sure on the windshield. Wasn’t listed
In the coverage quoted.
Yeah, some dealers have a contract with "Easy Care" which often provides a better markup for similar or equal services. I would certainly prefer the all-inclusive with Toyota Platinum Plus.
Can you ask your dealer if they will sell to another new Supra owner? Or if you could provide the finance manager info I will give them a call.
NOBODY should buy extended warranties. It's the biggest scam. You don't know if you'll keep the car, what's going to happen, and so on. Before your existing warranty runs out, you'll get 5 million reminders in the mail, and over the phone to extend. And, those are usually cheaper.
Think, McFly. Think!
I am typically anti-warranty. However, this one was dirt cheap, transfers to the next owner and/or can be cancelled anytime for a pro-rata refund.
.....and I have owned 4 BMWs in the past.
Which policy would you recommend?
I will PM you as prices vary based on the stealership.
For that price you can get a 7yr/75k mile warranty. If that is just for wheels, that seems very expensive to me.
Definitely expensive. All four services should be for that price Wheel/Tire/Keys/Dent combined. The 7yr/75k bumper-to-bumper is the one I picked for the whole vehicle coverage.
Thanks for the message!
I was quoted $625 for the wheel and tire package
Thanks! I knew my dealer was high. I told them as such too. They already made 4k on the MSRP sale, cut me a break! Lol
I got 10yr/100K and maintenance, since I had $1900 left from the service package I bought for my 86.
Would you mind PM'ing me the same?
