Fixing too much negative camber?

I've gotten a couple alignments since I dropped the car on H&R springs, but I can't seem to get the alignment straighter than -3.3 ish on the front wheels.

Anyone have suggestions on how to get them closer to -2?
Camber plates? Decent control arms?

It's only dropped an inch, I feel like it should be able to reach near-stock camber but I guess not

This much camber I expect you are also rubbing springs on the inside if shock tower. Camber plates and Spl control arm.
