FLEX FUEL QUESTION AND FEMTO

I recently bought a 2021 Supra which has been FEMTO, turned out it didnt have MHD+ or BM3 CUSTOMROM. I do have an MHD license and currently running on their 93/ E40 tune guessing and calculating the amount to put in. I purchase MHD FLEXFUEL KIT so that way I can read E content, will getting a custom tune still work without me sending my DME back for MHD+ unlock? And will my car go into limp mode while running OTS E40 from MHD if Im not ready to get a CUSTOM tune?

you have to send it back. when FEMTO unlocks the ECU there needs to be a tuning software specified, if that one is not used it wont work
