Front Bumper Vents

Is there enough room behind the bumper to plumb it some where without cutting the liner? I'm probably going to do this regardless but rather than painting, going to plastidip it or vinyl it black. Would love to make it functional but not a priority.

I just got the NVSpecialties replacements for these. There's really no advantage to cutting these open.

FWIW I Plastidiped the area behind the hood vents. 4k miles and 20 track sessions later and it still looks perfect.

Added the NVSpecialties front cf vents, not bad… easier to clean for sure.
