Hi Guys, i'm a couple of days away from picking up my supra, i would like to have some opinions about my plan with the front plate.
i'm from italy so our standard front plate looks silly because of europe laws and also the italian plate itself being smaller. (i will attach the photos)

Now my idea was (because i really don't know any others) to put it on the black grill, but i'm kinda worried about the airflow and the coolings, can anybody suggest please?

EDIT: Before someone comes up with put it to the side, it's illegal here, and they take it serious.

I only see 2 options.
Either 3M tape it on the same location as the Red Supra image you posted (instead of putting on black plastic piece), or get that plate holder, one forum member posted that he attached it on the "lip". You're gonna have to search...

I guess it is out of the question to not have a front plate at all?

You think 3M tape would do the job without loosing the plate while driving?

Yeah, just get weather rated one. Prep both surfaces, as in clean with alcohol, etc..

On a previous car I had used black silicone on the rear plate, similar to what's used to mount the windows.

Yes, best option is like the red supra to get all available airflow.

The bottom will indeed block a lot as you mentioned as well (and the car is already running to high intake temperatures when getting tuned and on track)
