Sure!

I zip-tied some black automotive mesh on the underside to prevent bigger leaves and debris from going through, but that can easily be removed.

The vent is easily removed as it's only held on by 3M tape. But then you'll be left with a hole in the hood regardless.

That piece is toast. Lol. Maybe some aluminum foil and duct tape?
