Like new - had them installed for all of 3 miles before deciding we didn't like the NVH. Trying to keep my car as quiet as possible so my wife doesn't murder me. The NVH increase is only at idle and low rpms

It's pretty straight forward. Jack the car up, remove the under panel. Remove the 4 bolts connecting the transmission bracket to the chassis, remove the two nuts holding the mounts onto the bracket. Remove bracket. Swap in the new mounts. Reinstall in reverse order.

I did yes. Also clutch engagement between shifts was better as well.

Really just depends on your tolerance for NVH. For me, I want my Supra to have as little NVH as possible because as you can see in my "cars" section I own 3 other ratty, shaky, loud, shitbox cars ?

But yes the bushings definitely improved things!
