Looking for fuse f1
Steering wheel controls and headlight switch stopped working

That's the Body Control Module. Located in the passenger footwell on the right side. You'll have to pull the carpet back to get to it if I recall correctly. Very unlikely that a fuse popped in there, but it's possible!

My dad was wiring radar Detector and he cut into the wires behind the headlight switch and now everything stopped working that I listed I’ve checked everywhere in the passenger side foot well I cannot find this box

It should be located vertically on the right side of the passenger footwell, on the right wall. It's basically a giant ECU with 6-8 huge connectors on it. The fuses are just in a row in the middle.
