looks like a 2021, amusing plates
there's a Cars and Coffee this Sunday, 10/30, at Kapolei from 9-11am
It be like that! So many times where i wanna flash beams or chuck the deuce but then again, i'm not in my car, i'm in a rental honda. oh well.. highlight though is i got to see my first Z in person at King Windward! Besides the april fools joke of markup, the Z actually looks pretty nice in person..I was on Kauai this summer for about two weeks and saw a white Supra driving down the Kaumualii Highway at one point. I tried to wave, but I was in a shitty Chevy Impala rental so they probably just thought I was a crazy person.
It really does depend where you go, but yeah... COL in Hawaii is pretty comparable to other high cost of living areas like the Bay Area and NY. If you eat or shop somewhere fancy here, it's about as bad as it gets, pricewise. Especially in touristy areas and/or upper/upper-middle class areas. The average person in Hawaii can expect a few roommates. Don't even talk about trying to buy a house from scratch... especially on single income.I thought the Bay Area was expensive….breakfast for a family of 4 in Oahu is $100+ WTF
Yeah we’re in Waikiki straight up tourist luxury row! Prices are Ridiculous! It really does depend where you go, but yeah...
