Hearing a Knocking in Rear End after H&R Spring Installation

I got H&R springs installed about a month ago, and I am now hearing a knocking sound coming from the rear end when I go over any kind of bumps. Nothing severe, just annoying lmao. Car is still driving smooth though, nothing major, just wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations as to how to go about fixing the noise?

Just checking did you make sure the springs are settled in the perch correctly?

It happened to me when I changed the rear springs to adjustable MSS.
I omitted the rubber seats and the sound was coming from metal on metal contact.
I replaced the seats and the sound was gone.
