How to properly sell BM3 to another User?

Have a few questions, making sure I do this correctly for the next person:
Step 1 would be to flash the car back to stock file.
Step 2 I sell the software license to the next person?!? Or do I unregister it? Confusion here
New user downloads bm3 client, uses license that was sold to him and registers his car now?
