How to remove A91 duckbill

Need to remove the duckbill for ppf. How would I go about removal. Is it a risky job?

I’ve heard of it. I worry about burning the paint. Also, I think there are screws holding it on.

First I’d start by removing the screws

You may have to remove the plastic panels from inside the hatch to get access to the screws.

Must remove the screws first, the rest is just like removing any spoiler put in with double sided tape.

I wouldn't remove it, I'd have them cut the film around it.

If you must remove it, you have to remote screws, then use something like coated twine and saw between the trunk and the spoiler after you heat the 3M tape up with a heat gun. You will then be left with having to reinstall correctly after the ppf is applied.

If anyone removes their spoiler, could you please see if there are any part numbers on the 4 hole plugs. I would appreciate it!

There was a guy on Youtube that was doing the same thing, and he damaged the paint. I would trim around the spoiler.
