I‘m a wus & get my wife to help me with her tiny hands and little body down there & change it.It is a pain in the ass to change out even with the right tools and stuff. It wasn't to hard to get out but man it was a sob to get the new one in when I changed mine
I wish it was a little easier on these. I don't have a problem or mind pulling hardware out to access it but man if you don't get it in there just right it does not want to go in (insert that's what she said jokes).I‘m a wus & get my wife to help me with her tiny hands and little body down there & change it.
Gotta admit Mazda & Honda is way easier - just opening the glove box.
Seriously other "truly" japanese cars have the proper method with the glovebox and tool-less. This is crazy requiring torx to get to it lolI‘m a wus & get my wife to help me with her tiny hands and little body down there & change it.
Mazda & Honda = way 2 go - just open the glove box
I haven’t checked but almost certain Toyota is the same with their in house designed cars. I really like BMWs. But damn, it’s almost as bad as a Ford!Seriously other "truly" japanese cars have the proper method with the glovebox and tool-less. This is crazy requiring torx to get to it lol
