I have little rattles coming from both sides in this area. The inner circle is what I suspect to be vibrating making little rattles on bumpy roads.

~ Ditto in the B pillar area. I guess I need to add some thin foam tape between the plastic mated areas.

Yup I had issues in that area. I used a cable felt tape which is slightly sticky on one side and soft and felt like and non sticky on the other side. Used to wrap cables

I also found I had I had to remove the strut bar that runs between both pillars and there is a plastic ring that fits around this rectangular bar on each side that I ended up simply removing as it was causing issues when the bar flexes. Noises seem seem to stop when I removed it as it causes the plastic parts to shift

So the idea is that the bar doesn't make any contact with any plastic panels.

BTW that bar is by no means a strengthening piece. I believe it to be absolutely fake.

Make sure you fit it back securely and properly as if you don't it will start to vibrate and rattle.

I am not sure I should be contributing to this forum anymore as its bringing me back to the horrible memories of this cars ownership
