I had seen someone post their dash on Facebook and I noticed that on his he had a line between the 6000 and 6500 mark.
Is this like a break in period thing? Was it something coded in? The curiosity is killing me and I have yet to see it literally no where else. Not even car review videos on youtube.

Nope, does nothing just a warning that you're nearing redline from how I understand it.

I think this is the mark on the tach when it shifted up from 5th to 6th.

Wait. Why is the redline at 6700...? This must be a 2.0 cluster if i'm not mistakened..?

the 3.0 true redline is 7000.
