Hey guys, I’m trying to take my front bumper off, but this connection is giving me issues. I’ve been pushing down on the tabs and pulling but there’s been no movement, anyone have any idea how to take this off?

You squeeze the tab and use a pick. You can hit the plastic with a little silicone lubricant to make disconnection easier next time.

I use isopropyl alcohol on aircraft connections to help with disassembly. It acts as a lubricant and can loosen debris. Works on automotive connections also.
