Mounting is the same at least all the way back to E90's.
Thats what I'm reading. I bought a spare set of A90 seats to throw in wife's F30 (with M sport package/seats), and from what I've read, they will bolt right up.

Seats are at parents house, and will be bringing them back home later this month and will find out for sure about compatibility.

I use E90 seat rails so I know they fit. :)

I'm trying to do the opposite. The Supra seats are too slippery for the track. At least for me. So was looking at buying the cloth competition seats. Cause it'd be like getting close to proper racing seats while maintaining a lot of the factory features like the memory seats and heating.

I had the same thought a year ago and the one hurdle that always stuck out was that on our seats the memory function is on side of the seat and on bmw’s they’re on the door by the handle. Other than that everything would probably bolt right up and just need to be coded in.

F80 seats have it on the seat too. G80 is on the door. Do you know how the coding process works?

Ah my bad. Off the top of my head and things I can realistically think of, I have no idea how that process works for in depth coding.
Personally what I’d do is reach out to one of those companies that offers remote coding for other cars and ask them if it’s something they would be able to do. There’s really no reason for them to say no since it’s a bmw system at the end of the day.

So what you guys are saying is that you want me to try this by seeing if I can directly swap my front seats from my M4 to my Supra?

hmmm I have both cars in the driveway next to each other….
