Locking the seatbelt?

Is there a way to lock the seatbelt? In previous cars (Honda, Mazda) I could pull the seatbelt all the way out until it stopped, then when you let it back in it would be locked tight. No slack. Only way out was to unbuckle. I would do that for Autocross events. I’ve seen pinch devices that lock the lap but nothing that locks the shoulder.

Pretty sure the supra is like every other car and does the same. For sure the passengers seat does cause that's how I lock down my kids car seat whenever I take him for a ride.

I’ve tried multiple times in driver seat. Never locks. It’ll lock when you yank on it. But then releases.
