Looking at 2021 3.0 What to look for?

Have read here that downpipes and tune are concern, and not sure why. Is it because of warranty?

I dont know what you're reading. But only concern would be catless will give you CEL. And it may not pass smog in some states.

Do the original wheels come with it? How many owners? Mileage? Accident history? If it's a 2021, is the DME unlocked or is it a JB+/JB4 "tune?" Have both keys?

Mileage is 32K. No accidents in carfax. I dont know about DME unlock. Original owner. No original wheels, which is questionable. Asking Price is $42K

Well 42k for a low mileage car is a great price IMO. If possible, put it on a lift and check for any leaks or shabby installation of aftermarket parts. Another rule of thumb I use is to check the cleanliness of the entire car.
Being a anal owner includes cleanliness which shows the previous owner really cared about the car.
As I always say... just my 60 year old 2 cents.

If it’s a ‘21, you absolutely need to make sure it’s not drinking oil. A small number of 2021s have had major engine work or even replacement under warranty.

And check the ECU to see if it’s in forever lockdown.

How's not having originally wheels questionable? So many owners here sold their stock wheels for various reasons. Storage etc.

Because the wheels are Verde 19" and they are $200 apiece. The guys says wheels and michelin tires were over $4k to replace. '
My suspicion was he raced the car and had to change the wheels.

You guys consider 32K miles low for a 2021? I think it's actually high for the type of car.
If it was a Honda I would say normal mileage.

Couple have had engines replaced. Piston rings replacement, irregular service schedule can hint to oil issues.
