Anyone in LA with the ISTA program that can possibly help with programming a brake booster/Abs bleed ? Or does anyone know of a shop that can possibly help?

I recently replaced my brake booster/ master cylinder and vacuum lines as my brake booster before went bad , soon after i bled the brakes on 3 different occasions . Little did I know that the brakes booster needs to be programmed , following by a Abs electronic bleed.
