Hi, I searched the whole forum even the guide to whp thread but still have a question.

Does Wagner intake manifold increase power?

Also how much whp can one expect from following setup only on pump fuel (98 Ron since I live in EU)
2022 6port us spec
hybrid turbo (pure800 or turbosystems)
3.5 inch catless exhaust
Intake manifold (wagner/do88)
Charge pipe

This is roughly equivalent to US 93 octane. About 550 wheel horsepower, after which the petrol will get unstable in the cylinder before combustion. You can figure ±20 on that number depending on IATs, tuner, ambient air temp. The limiting factor to power in the described setup is the fuel octane.

Manifolds can increase power if the car is pulling engine timing due to intake temps/heat. You might pick up a small bit of power through volumetric efficiency, but I'm not certain anyone has ever done a VE study on any of them. Otherwise, not really. I wouldn't count on it.

On a proper turbo you will run out of fuel before octane around 550whp (625bhp). If you add port injection your limits should be slightly higher but then tuners usually don't like to push pump gas to the limits.

If you want to get the max power on pump gas safely you will need a top mount turbo kit but your drivability won't be as good due to the lag.

Modern top mounts spool much quicker than most people think. 6466 would be the best option, but I'm running a Gen 2 6870 and honestly the lag isn't that bad.

It's not "that" bad but compared to the stock turbo or a hybrid turbo the drivability and characteristics of the car will completely change. It's not for most people.
